2021 End of School Year
This school year has definitely seen better days. lol There was a quote I read this moring, while studying for one of my classes, that really felt applicable to this past year. “God has designed this mortal experience to require nearly constant exertion…By work we sustain and enrich life…Work builds and refines character, creates beauty, and is the instrument of our service to one another and to God. A consecrated life is filled with work, sometimes repetitive…sometimes unappreciated, but always work that improves…lifts, [and] aspires” Elder D Todd Christofferson. I keep thinking about what my parents (especially DAD) taught was that WORK is essential to our lives and it helps us grow mentally and physcially. I didn't love working on holidays growing up or constantly working... aka cutting down trees on the property, shoveling friends out of 2 feet of snow, cleaning out the garage or stocking inventory at the Soc Shop, driving the "bomb" truck (with no dashboard/missi...
