Multiple Nelsons

The video relates to a someone I know and I hope their burden will be made light. Since this is my journal I need to express some thoughts of mine. Something over Christmas brought this topic to me and I have been contemplating for a few days. Would you stand up for what is right? Would you stand up for a friend that you know is moral? Would you be like Enoch and be able to withstand all the temptations around you and not give up? Do you know that evil is starting to "look" good and good is starting to "look" bad? Do you believe everything the newspaper prints? What would you say to a person that is struggling with something that you have never been through? Would you give up and quit your job b/c you are too tired of standing up for your morals? OR Would you give it your all and not let things bother you? If have been thinking over the past few days how I would answer these questions. I hope that I would have the power to stand up for the gospel and my family....

Lots of pictures from Christmas at the Nelsons. We had a blast. Uncle Travis flew into town to celebrate with us. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of him, sorry Lisa. We played games, laughed, opened presents, disciplined kids, watched movies, took pictures, ate, ate and ate.

Thank you Brittney for taking our pictures! I really do appreciate this. We meant to get these taken earlier but with lots of medical things going on in the first three weeks of December we had to post pone. They turned out great and it snowed. I thought it was really pretty. :)        

       

     

       

 

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

  About 2x a month or less I teach our little preschool group. We actually have 5 kids in our group but the other little boy couldn't come this time. This day we learned X,Y,Z and the number 20. The kids had a blast finding 20 letters.   I was washing all the carseats and when I got done J&J played in their carseats for an hour! It was heaven. They didn't fight and played really well together. Jare Bear's nose looks worse in the picture b/c he got a wound infection after the stitches were taken out. We are on stronger antibiotics now and it looks better.

Is it me? Nope... Not till Troy is done with school... sorry. Is it my sister, Sherrie?.... no she is done and already has four kids. Is it my sister, Annie?... nope, she is done too and already has 4 kids. Is it my sister, Rachel?... hahaha, she is single. :) HUM>>> My sister Colette is pregnant!!!! She finally announced it on her blog. I am so happy for her. She is due in June and finds out if it is a boy/girl after the New Year.

  Jared did very well before surgery; I was impressed and hopeful. The second picture was after the oral relaxant. That was nice.     I didn't get any after pictures at the hospital b/c it was rough and hard. He was not happy most of the time until he feel asleep. Then I didn't dare get any pictures to wake him. This last picture is this morning right after we got home from the hospital. They let me come home first b/c I was worried about "Jacolena" having seizures. All has gone well now... but he is on pain killers and antibiotics. In about 3 days things get harder b/c we will have to start to ween him off the pain medication. Also this morning I had a friend come help me and she was so helpful!!! We tagged team and were able to get the dishes done, laundry sorted and started washing, sheets changed, house vaccumed, kids bathed and breakfast to the kids. ,

  Before Jared's surgery we put up our Christmas decorations. Missa wanted a picture with April and the tree. "Jacolena" decided she wanted to sleep in the same bed as Marissa. :)
