Multiple Nelsons

 

Well this past weekend we went up to "BV", as Andy calls it, to see the Coueys and be a part of the Blessing of Ethan! We drove up in freezing weather and came back down in even colder weather. Before we arrived to Andy & Alex's house we toured around at the Natural Bridge. It was cold but soooo beautiful with all the snow. Colette also came with us and we were able to get some really good family pictures. Also, the bathing suit you see on Marissa is 6-12 months size. Yeah, I know it is too small but we don't have anything else. AND she fit into it! YEAH! The blessing outfit you see in the last two pictures was made by Annie and me. The outfit turned out really cute. Ethan is a "chunker" and he fit the outfit. (Except for the sleeves were a tiny bit too short, my fault). Annie also made a blanket to go with it. Annie's family got really sick and so they were not able to come. We hope you get better Halls! Thanks Andy and Alex for letting u...

New Pacifier? "Little Munchin" This picture is for my mom. She told me that I haven't taken any pictures with Marissa in a dress. So here she is!

The last few days in NC have been warm enough for short sleeves and shorts, and it's the beginning of January! I took Marissa over to my sister's house (Annie) and she played with the big kids in the sandbox.

Cousin Ethan, Andy & Alex came to visit for a few days. I tried to get some pictures but realized I didn't have my camera with me most of the time. The New Dad. Look.. Evan wants to play.

Daddy decided to get my all "stickered-up"! Now I think I am going to eat them.. huh....I think these taste very good.

Here are some pictures of my parents in Australia on their mission. For New Year's Eve they went to downtown Sydney and watched the most exciting fireworks ever! The said that the fireworks were shot off from 8 skyscrapers and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The left at 4:15pm to get a good seat and didn't get home till 1:30am the next morning. As for their actual missionary stuff they are staying busy with welfare meetings, trainings and etc... My dad travels to Papa New Guinea, Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne. My mom will be traveling with him this upcoming year to those places.

Well it is official, Colette is engaged to Daniel Tiek. Daniel took her to a Brazilian Resturant in Brier Creek for dinner. Then afterwards he took her on a carriage ride around Downtown Raleigh. That is when he popped out the ring and she said yes! They are thinking about May or June of this year and we are all very excited. Congrats Cody!
