Multiple Nelsons

  Doing school work and family history at the same time Jacolena catching me sewing. When Spring Break was coming to a close, the kids started to get sick.  Started with Big D, then Jare Bear and April at the same time, then Troy, Missa and Jacolena... all within the same week.  So before they started back to school I took them all in to get tested for anything they MIGHT have.  They tested negative for ear infections, strep throat and COVID.  But they all still had runny noses, congestion, coughs, some had low grade fevers and headaches.  Troy had an extra symptom... vertigo/dizziness.  It put him out the entire weekend after Easter.  Once everyone else started to feel better... then I started to feel not so hot.   Right now we are still waiting to confirm accurate results of what it REALLY is.  But for now we have to quarantine even longer.  It is going to be a LONG month of April. 

 I have been incredibly busy sewing and it has mostly been quilts!  Here are a few that I have recently finished. 

 For Easter we usually do things with family, but family was out of town or already had other commitments.  Troy and I decided at the last minute to take a weekend trip to the mountains since he had the Friday and Monday off for Easter weekend.
